By accessing or using our marketplace to host or join recreational activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Refers to With Great Co, including website, app, and related services.
Individuals or organizations who list activities on the Platform.
Individuals who book or participate in activities.
Recreational events, classes, or sessions listed on the Platform.
We offer three pricing models for activities:
No payment required.
A set price per participant.
A dynamic price per participant that decreases as more participants join.
When you join an activity under the Group Price Discount option, you agree to pay the current listed price or lower at the time of booking.
The final price may decrease if more participants join, but it will never increase beyond what you agreed to at the time of joining.
Failure to honor this agreement, including attempts to cancel to avoid payment, may result in suspension or permanent banning from the Platform.
Payments must be made through the Platform's approved payment methods.
Refund policies for each activity may vary and are determined by the Host. Please review before booking.
The Platform does not take responsibility for refunds outside of the stated policies.
By using the Platform, you consent to us collecting and processing the personal information you provide, which may include (but is not limited to):

You agree that we may share necessary personal data with Hosts so they can provide a better and more personalized experience for you.
We will never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or joining an activity.
You agree to behave respectfully towards Hosts and other participants.
You are responsible for your own safety and well-being when participating in activities.
Hosts must ensure activities are described accurately and priced clearly.
Hosts are responsible for the quality and safety of their activities.
The Platform is not liable for any issues arising directly from a Host's actions or negligence.
If a Host cancels an activity, they must refund 100% of all payments to participants who have paid, and process refunds within 3 working days.
The Platform is not responsible for refunds beyond stated policies.
The Platform acts only as a marketplace connecting Users and Hosts.
We are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or disputes that may occur during or after an activity.
Participation is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
Violates these Terms,
Misuses the Platform (including avoiding payments),
Engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Singapore.
